3. Orders & Payments

All orders are subject to acceptance and stock availability. We may cancel or reject an order for reasons such as:

Product out of stock
Pricing or description errors
Suspicious or fraudulent activity

Payment Methods Accepted:
Debit/Credit Cards, Cash on Delivery (COD), and other options shown at checkout. Orders are confirmed after full payment (except COD).

4. Shipping & Delivery

We deliver across Pakistan via trusted courier partners.

Orders are dispatched within 1–2 business days
Delivery takes 2–5 business days, depending on your location
MUSHK OFFICIAL is not responsible for delays caused by couriers or unforeseen events

5. Returns & Refunds

We accept returns within 15 days of delivery if:

At least 90% of the perfume is unused
The product is returned in its original packaging
Delivery charges are non-refundable

Once we receive and inspect the item, refunds will be processed within 10 business days.
