Return Window

We accept returns within 15 days of delivery. To be eligible:

• The item must be returned in its original packaging

• The product must be in unused and original condition

Refund Conditions

• Only perfumes with at least 90% of the product remaining in the bottle are eligible for a refund

• Delivery and return shipping charges are non-refundable

• Refunds are processed within 10 business days after the returned item is received and inspected

• Returns that do not meet the above conditions may be rejected

• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method

• For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be transferred via bank account or mobile wallet after verification
